Comfortable stay during my vacation with a cozy bedroom and an incredible bathroom 🛁. The beach views were delightful, and the setting was just beautiful, with restaurants and Zanzibar nearby. nice and quiet location here.

Location was perfect, 20 minutes' drive from a forest reserve. And it was just next door to a store, markets and restaurant and an amazing beach.

This beachfront apartment blew my mind with its new and stunning design, directly on the beach! The staff were super friendly and always there to help. The little garden in front of each apartment was jaw-dropping, and the owner's two beautiful dogs were a delightful addition. I was amazed by the tree growing inside the building, adding a unique touch to the decor. The central location was excellent for exploring the island with a car, and the staff, especially Alice and the beach guards, were always available and ready to assist. Daily tours organized by Marco were well-arranged. The cleanliness of the apartment and garden was top-notch. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway or an opportunity to work remotely, this place ticks all the boxes. The residential area meant less crowded beaches, and the staff ensured privacy and peace. Although the apartment had the necessary amenities rather than fancy extras, the value for money was excellent. The beach and the stunning blue water were simply mind-blowing.

The spacious double room at Surfescape Beachfront Apartments is simply amazing! The soundproof walls help create a serene atmosphere, and the terrace with sea views is breathtaking. The private bathroom with a walk-in shower adds a touch of luxury. As a laid-back tourist, I absolutely loved relaxing in this cozy room.

Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too cold, but hey, that's just my thing! Others might enjoy it.

our short stay in kiwengwa was amazing thanks to surfescape zanzibar! the beachfront location and stunning views exceeded our expectations. the hosts were incredibly helpful and the self-catering facilities were perfect. highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

plumbing issues

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and close to some local food places and bars. We also enjoyed the spacious and comfortable bedrooms, as well as the nice bathrooms with the best shower we've had in Tanzania. The private front yard with a hammock and sunbeds facing the beach was a major highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. Plus, the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially when my friend got stung by a sea urchin.

There were some disappointing aspects to our stay. The living room and kitchen area didn't have a comfortable sitting area, which made it difficult for our group of four to relax and hang out together.

Despite some small maintenance issues, my stay at Surfescape Zanzibar was relatively pleasant. The database accurately described the well-maintained rooms, which were always kept very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the room was welcoming.

I did encounter a minor inconvenience during my stay. The lack of mosquito nets around the bed was a concern, considering the location.

The spacious double room offers soundproof walls, making it the perfect oasis for relaxation. I could peacefully enjoy the stunning sea views from the terrace without any disturbances. Surfescape Beachfront Apartments specializes in kitesurfing, and their expertise truly shows. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, making my kitesurfing lessons a breeze.

Uneven tables and uncomfortable chairs were a minor inconvenience.
